Losing Raul Grijalva to cancer this past March was a heartbreaking loss to us at PDA. Not only was Raul a true progressive champion for his constituents and us all, he was a dear friend and Advisory Board member.

But we are so pleased to see that his daughter Adelita — a sitting County Commissioner — has chosen to continue her father’s legacy and is running for his vacated seat.

Local PDA activists, then folks across the state enthusiastically endorsed her, and now national has as well, and here’s your chance to be inspired Adelita, as well.
