Each month our Disabilities Issue Organizing Team discusses issues important to the community, and legislation and candidates for office who can help make the world a better place for anyone facing challenges.

We’ll be discussing how we combat MAGA as we stand up for the Disabilities Community, with special focus on how all of us can make a real difference.

This month’s featured speaker is Anna Hover.

Through radio, public access television, YouTube, and social media, Anna amplifies the voices of community leaders while raising awareness about disability issues, multiple sclerosis, accessibility, and the importance of living life to one’s fullest potential.

Anna currently serves as Co-Chair of the Mayor’s Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she works to advance accessibility and inclusion throughout the city. She also serves on the Ramsey County Public Safety Advisory Board, helping strengthen the relationship between the disability community and emergency telecommunications services.
