What was revolutionary 250 years ago is terrifyingly relevant today. Fortunately, evermore Americans are waking up to the fact that Trump and his cast of goons, lapdogs, and billionaire backers are not fooling around—they are violent_ authoritarians, intent on destroying our democracy and ending our freedom. But they cannot rule without the consent of the governed—the 335 million citizens of this country—the overwhelming majority of whom want to live in a free democratic society. On Saturday, this majority’s voice will be heard. |
On Sunday, we will discuss how we can turn Saturday into real victories and political power for the pro-democracy/No Kings super-majority of this country—and why progressive policies are central to achieving those victories.
