Many thanks to those who joined us for our largest End Wars And Occupations call in months!  The momentum is with us as we come off our win on Bernie’s S.J.Res 54 and a very tight vote in the house on Ro Khanna’s bill to get us out of the Yemen bloodbath.

Here’s how you can immediately help during this season for peace.

1) Share the recording of our call with PDA Advisory Board member and Code Pink Co-Founder Medea Benjamin and Matt Duss, Bernie’s Foreign Policy Adviser on social media and via any list serves you’re a member of.  (Also available via phone at (641) 715-3579; Access Code 914389#)

2) Five members of the house voted wrong on the Ro Khanna bill:  Jim Costa CA-16; Al Lawson FL-05; Collin Peterson MN-07; Dutch Rupperberger MD-02; and David Scott GA-13.  Call them and let them know you’re disappointed and that you expect them to stand for peace in Yemen the next time they have the opportunity to vote.  And equally important, call your Dem House member who voted right and express your thanks and commitment to having their back on this.  Click here for DC office numbers. 3) Become a member of our End Wars And Occupations Issue Organizing Team.  If peace is your passion, then we’d love to have you help admin the group.  You’d be involved in setting monthly call agendas, booking speakers, and generating traffic to the call.  This is a great chance to work with a team to make a real difference for peace on earth.
