Please Give Generously Automatically Each Month to Sustain PDA’s Efforts to Bring Balance Back to The Supreme Court

The Supreme Court’s right wing majority’s misapplications of the law have delivered horrendous blows against equality, inclusiveness, and freedom.

Last year, these six right wing tyrants in black robes erased Women’s rights to autonomy over their own body. Just this past week, the extreme politically ideological majority:

• Crushed the hopes and dreams of millions of young people seeking admission to—and the ability to afford—higher education
• Told our LGBTQ+ sisters, brothers, and others that they don’t deserve equal rights

This is outrageous if not unexpected. We at Progressive Democrats of America (PDA) decry these latest assertions of White Male Cis Het Supremacy. 

The Supreme Court Is Out Of Balance; Help Us Fix It!

Justice Sonia Sotomayor dissented in the decision abolishing Affirmative Action, writing that the majority’s opinion, “[R]olls back decades of precedent and momentous progress….”

We find Justice Sotomayor’s analysis accurate, and if anything too polite. We call out these decisions as part of a premeditated effort to impose invidious, racist, sexist, xenophobic, homophobic, and other discrimination upon our diverse population.
