She’s Highly Qualified, Experienced, and a Person of Integrity—Why Do Republicans Hate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson?

Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court is moving forward despite continuing Republican smears and efforts to derail the process. All Senate Democrats and three Republican Senators—Collins, Murkowski, and Romney—have declared their intent to vote in favor of Judge Brown Jackson’s confirmation.

In a breath-taking display of memory loss and inability to reason, Sen. Ted Cruz claimed that Judge Brown Jackson “will prove to be the most extreme and furthest-left justice ever to serve on the United States Supreme Court.” Hmm, Rest in Power, Louis Brandeis, William Brennan, William O. Douglas, Thurgood Marshall, Earl Warren, and most recently, Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
