Let’s Send Dr. Bill And Crew To New Mexico

Again this year the  big PDA Leadership Conference will be in Las Vegas, New Mexico (not Nevada). 

Why there?  Because a long time PDA supporter who owns a gorgeous historic hotel has been kind enough to offer us free space!  But while we are saving money on the room expenses we still need to get our people to Las Vegas (about 100 miles from ABQ).

Now we need your help to cover some discount travel expenses for our Chapter Leaders and hard working volunteer activists coming in from across the country Feb. 8, 9, and 10.

Dr. Bill Honigman is not only one of the original PDA activist and even worked with our founder Tim Carpenter for years before, he’s also our CA State Chair and Co-Chair of our National Healthcare Is A Human Right Issue Organizing Team.  He’s one of the most knowledgeable and passionate speakers on healthcare for all, but also is one of the best in PDA at filling a clip board with names at events.  So whether he’s doing a guest slot on Thom Hartmann, KPFK, or some other media outlet, or sweating in the street with fellow activists, he’s first and foremost a movement-building juggernaut  across the spectrum of action.  His input will be invaluable at our conference.

Over an intense 3 day weekend we’ll be developing our road map for success in 2019 and leading into 2020.  We will be going straight up against the Trump agenda so it’s vital that we have our staff and top volunteer leadership in the same room together to quickly and efficiently grind out the plans and begin implementing parts of it while we’re face to face with each other.
