As our first major effort, we worked with allies investigating and publicizing wholesale “irregularities” in Ohio during the 2004 Elections. We’ve never lost sight of this commitment.

The House of Representatives passed legislation called the For the People Act (H.R.1) “To expand Americans’ access to the ballot box, reduce the influence of big money in politics, and strengthen ethics rules for public servants, and for other purposes.” Tell your Senators to follow suit. We’re horrified at the ongoing oppression of immigrants and asylum seekers. Our immigration policies have long needed fundamental reform.

I was one of the founding members, along with Mimi Kennedy, of PDA-nationally, and PDA-San Diego as a development out of the Kucinich Campaign for President in 2004. I’m glad to see that it is still thriving under Mike Thaller’s leadership.
