In our nation, we resolve our disagreements with words and laws. When Trump exhorts his supporters to physically attack his “enemies,” uses hate speech, jokes about violence and defends those who commit violence, our political process breaks down.

Trump keeps inciting violence and his rhetoric is spurring his maniacal followers to kill innocent people and spill innocents’ blood. Vote NO Trump! Democracy can be raucous and passionate and filled with disagreements. A good friend of mine often reminds me, “If everyone in the room is getting along and in agreement, no work is getting done.”

Democracy and self-governing need not—absolutely should not—be violent or condone violence. Democracy is, in fact, the antithesis of political violence. PDA is dedicated to building a peaceful political revolution. If you agree, please help us reach our goal of 100 monthly sustainers today.
