Multiple studies have shown that the single best way for everyday citizens to influence a Member of Congress is by developing a relationship with the local office/key staffers.

That’s exactly what the PDA Congressional Liaison Program is all about.

The way we get the progressive legislation we need passed is by effectively communicating our vision to our representatives and showing them there’s local support for the bills and a constituency that will in turn show them support if they vote the right way.
