Unlike most organizations, Progressive Democrats Of America (PDA) works using an “inside / outside” strategy. PDA and allied activists will help close the deal this week by leading “inside” efforts: grassroots lobbying on Capitol Hill on September 24th and September 25th, urging Senators and Representatives to cosponsor the Climate Emergency Concurrent Resolution.
