This is the time that we’ve been waiting for. Over the next five weeks and two days, we can defeat Donald Trump and preserve our constitutional democracy.

PDA is engaged like never before. In all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and even beyond our borders, we are organizing Americans so they can navigate 2020’s uniquely difficult electoral process (due to the pandemic) in order to defeat the reactionary Republican Party.

Progressive Democrats of America is a founding member of the United Against Trump Coalition, the largest progressive coalition in the 2020 campaign,  concentrating its efforts in six swing states.  PDA is leading those efforts in three states: more than any other organization (and we’re fully engaged in the other three as well!).

The three states are Arizona, Florida, and North Carolina. We selected these three because all three will be declaring the results on election night — in contrast to Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin — where it will take days to count their mail-in ballots.  If Biden wins AZ, FL, and NC, the world will understand the results by the morning of November 4th and Trump will have no grounds whatsoever to claim a false victory, and a national nightmare will be averted.

PDA’s efforts over the next 37 days require the full deployment of all of our resources (and beyond).  

The best way to help PDA preserve democracy — and, once we’ve secured that victory, continue our non-stop work to build a progressive America — is to become a PDA sustainer.
