Progressive Democrats of America and Progressives for Democracy in America are anti-racist, feminist, and pro-LGBTQ+ organizations fully committed to diversity and inclusion.

One of our most important goals for the PDA Congressional liaison program is that the liaisons in each district reflect the demographics of the district.
As such, we ask all European-American liaisons to be conscious of this priority; and be willing to step aside to ensure that communities of color are represented by liaisons from their communities.

We are also committed to achieving gender balance across the country, along with strong participation from people of all ages, from members of the LGBTQ+ community and from people with disabilities.

The United States of America is the most diverse country in the history of the world. The goal of the PDA liaison program is to fully reflect, and represent, this brilliant diversity.
