The drip, drip, drip of details from the Epstein sex trafficking scandal and Epstein’s ties to Trump and other high-level government officials, stymied Congressional hearings, and smoking –gun revelations of bigotry in a 9500-member secret Facebook group of Border Patrol staffers reveal deep-seated corruption and obstruction of justice in this administration. Disrespect for Congressional subpoenas, disregard for oversight processes, and escalating tensions with Iran reveal the administration’s contempt for the rule of law, both domestic and international. Bogus executive declarations, children caged and deprived of basic necessities, and racist tweets reinforce Trump’s utter contempt for human rights and the founding principles of our nation… and these examples are just from last week.

Progressive Democrats of America works on all of these crises day-in and day-out, inside and outside the Democratic Party, in conjunction with allied organizations, or forging ahead on our own. We have been fighting for human rights equality, social justice, and environmental sustainability since 2004. Our efforts have never been more urgently needed than they are today and tomorrow and in the months and years ahead. We are engaged for the long haul—endorsing fiercely progressive candidates, educating legislators, and holding elected officials accountable.
