Washington, D.C.—The State Democratic Party Progressive Network Endorses the 2024 Harris-Walz Presidential Ticket!
Members of the State Democratic Party Progressive Network, a national coalition of state Democratic Party progressive caucus and progressive movement leaders, have voted to endorse the 2024 Harris-Walz presidential ticket.
Our network is the concentrated core of activists working for progressive change inside the Democratic Party across our country. To preserve our democracy and our freedom to advocate for the transformative policies in which we believe, in 2024, from state to state, our members, and the groups they lead, are dedicated to electing Kamala Harris for President, Tim Walz for Vice President, and Democratic candidates throughout the U.S.
In addition to other states, members of our progressive network are driving this electoral support in:
- Arizona, sending voter guides, seeking State Council endorsements, and heavy canvassing;
- Florida, phone banking and voter protection;
- Kentucky, deep canvassing;
- Maryland, communications, outreach, and mobilization;
- Massachusetts, canvassing, phone banking, postcarding, and traveling to purple states;
- Nebraska, weekly canvassing and phone banking;
- Nevada, intense volunteer organizing;
- Ohio, campaign-organized phone banking;
- Oregon, neighborhood organizing and fundraising;
- Pennsylvania, canvassing, postcarding, and texting;
- Texas, contacting 100,000 likely progressives, reaching out to low-propensity voters who haven’t voted since 2016, and the Texas American Muslim Democratic Caucus is canvassing, voter registration, phone banking and texting;
- Utah, phone banking, and canvassing;
- Virginia, reaching out to statewide progressives; and
- Wyoming, posting on social media, and signing.
