Critically Important Work Continues: Here’s How You Can Help

As we battled all week to help convince the U.S. Senate that we need get voting rights and a progressive infrastructure bill passed, we stood with Speaker Pelosi’s decision to remove Reps. Jordan and Banks from the panel charged with finally getting to the bottom of what happened before and during the Jan. 6th insurrection, and why.

Simultaneously, we ramped up our work to get progressive powerhouse Nina Turner to victory in her special election primary August 3rd, and started a new Congressional Office Liaison program focused on environmental issues.

Whew! Lots going on, and we’re up to the task if you are! Thanks so much for anything you can do.

Special Note: we’re so proud that our PDA team will be part of a peaceful sit-in with Rev. Jesse Jackson, Barbara Arnwine, and Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II at Sen. Sinema’s office this coming Moral Monday! If you can participate or would like to help from afar, let us know.
