First, we hope that you and yours are having a peaceful, joyous, and healing Holiday Season, and we thank you so much if you were active with us over the past week.

Over the past week we’ve been building local action teams, working to get progressive activists elected to positions in local and state Democratic Party structures, and  to protect those community members who are especially potentially vulnerable as we ramp up to resist what Trump and MAGA and our unelected co-President Elon Musk and his ilk have in store.

We will continue this work and more over the upcoming week, and if you’re up to it, please pick one or more of these actions/projects, and let’s make some good trouble, together!

1) Progressive Virtual Town Hall Sunday: Building the Resistance and Bringing Home Wins in Early 2025. We’ll be ringing in the New Year early, building community and laying out how we grow the movement  and bring home wins in 2025. Admittedly, an uphill battle, but very doable if we all work together. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of hope, purpose and solidarity.  We hope to  see  you Sunday!

2) Join the National Phone Team. Sign up with this juggernaut and make a real difference an hour here, an hour there, on your schedule. Sign up here, let us know what day you can set an hour aside, and we’ll get you cookin’ calling fellow PDA folks. We’ll make sure you’re doing something easy but productive!

3) Join the Congressional Liaisons Team. Join us to get all you need to do effective outreach to your Congressperson.

• Demand the Democratic Party reject AIPAC;
• Sign the petition: Protect and expand Social Security by taxing the rich;
