We Will Follow Justice Ginsburg’s Request: No Replacement Until After The Elections
Yesterday, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, one of the greatest figures in the history American jurisprudence, died at age 87.
Progressive Democrats of America honors her life and will do everything possible to preserve and extend her legacy.
In the coming days PDA will work with all of its allies to devise a strategy to block any appointment to the U S Supreme Court until after the next Congress is seated and the next President inaugurated.

Is PDA calling on the House to file new Articles of Impeachment immediately> This, I believe, could Constitutionally stop Senate Supreme Court nomination proceedings until after the Inaugeration. At minimum, it could raise the urgency of defeating Trump because of his ongoing dismantling of American democracy since the first impeachment undermined by the Republican Senators. If not, why?
