Each month our Disabilities Issue Organizing Team discusses issues important to the community, and legislation and candidates for office who can help make the world a better place for anyone facing challenges.

We’ll be discussing how we combat MAGA as we stand up for the Disabilities Community, with special focus on how all of us can make a real difference.

Special Guest Speaker this Month: Former Disabilities Attorney and current  Executive Director of the ACLU of West Virginia, Eli Baumwell. He’ll do a primer on applying for disability benefits, common pitfalls/hiccups in the system, and suggested improvements.
