We at PDA are proud to have stood with those who attended hundreds of anti-gun violence rallies in DC and across the country on Saturday.

While we’re hopeful that the Senate will address this issue, the package that a bi-partisan group of Senators have presented today will not go far enough to address this world-leading wave of mass shootings in and outside of schools.

Over 250 mass killing events on campus and elsewhere this year alone point to the need for us to do much more.

We at PDA will continue to provide pressure on the current electeds to do the right thing, and support candidates who will stand with us. It’s imperative.
