The 2022 midterm election results are still arriving, but it’s already clear that the worst was averted—and, given the recent history of midterm results, Democrats and progressives will emerge with the momentum.

Now, the most important question when the dust settles is always, “What is to be done?” And the best way to proceed is with a strong understanding of what just transpired and why.

There is no one in the country better at providing such insight as the great progressive journalist, political analyst, and friend of PDA, John Nichols.
