2024 is just around the corner, and PDA is starting the election cycle strong with endorsements of powerful progressive candidates and incumbent progressive champions in Congress.

Topping our list is the inimitable progressive Senator from Vermont, Bernie Sanders. In many ways PDA’s lodestar, Bernie announced last spring that he would not seek the Presidency in 2024, and would do all he could to see Joe Biden reelected. We look forward to his continuing and fearless leadership in the Senate.

In the House, we are proud to announce re-endorsement of hard-working progressive champions Jim McGovern (MA-02), Pramila Jayapal (WA-07), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY-14), Jesus “Chuy” Garcia (IL-04), and young,up and coming Greg Cesar (TX-35)!

And we are building a solid progressive slate of candidates to augment the ranks of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, beginning with Jamie McLeod-Skinner in Oregon’s District 5.
