Randy Bryce — candidate for congress in Paul Ryan’s old seat, WI-01 — doesn’t just celebrate the labor movement once a year.  He lives it.

As a hard working blue collar guy Randy has lived some of the economic challenges facing the 99%, and there’s no question he has the character to stand and fight for what is right.  He’s even been arrested for peacefully sitting in for DACA recipients, and more.

From Randy’s campaign:

When we started this campaign, none of the D.C. pollsters and election experts thought we had a real shot. But now, after we forced Paul Ryan to retire and won the primary election, that’s changed.

A new poll shows us with a 41-40 lead over Paul Ryan’s handpicked candidate Bryan Steil. After 20 years of being ignored by their representative in Congress, it’s clear working people in southeastern Wisconsin are ready for someone who understands their struggles and will fight for their needs.

But there are still 63 days until Election Day, and a one-point lead isn’t even close to a guaranteed win. We need to keep the pressure on. Chip in $5 before Friday at midnight — our first end-of-month deadline of the general election.

Paul Ryan may be out of the race, but his influence and money aren’t. His super PAC launched their first attack ad against our campaign less than 12 hours after we won the primary. And we can bet that Ryan and his allies will continue to flood the airwaves with attacks against our campaign to keep this seat red and get their puppet into office.

But we have what it takes to win this race.
