William Seabrook has been working on Capitol Hill since 2017 and for Rep. Debbie Dingell, Co-Chair of the Disabilities Caucus, as her Legislative Director since March of this year. In addition to healthcare policy, he covers education, labor, and tax issues. 

He’ll be discussing telemedicine and other issues impacting the disabled community.
