And in the largest city in Florida and the largest city in the country with a Republican Mayor—Jacksonville, a +3 Republican city—Democrat Donna Deegan beat an incumbent Republican for Mayor, and Democrats took 4 of the 6 City Council Seats plus Property Appraiser!
