Illinois State News

Vol. 1, No. 6--December 23, 2004

While Illinois does not have a recount pending, PDI members have been traveling to Ohio to help with efforts there. We organized a rally at our state capitol to ask electors to hold their votes until all ballots have been counted and are appealing to citizens to call ten Senators a day until we "Deliver a Senator to the House for Christmas!" Membership is growing and we are recruiting local organizations to become a part of our statewide network. We look forward to meeting many of you in Washington, DC for the Summit!
