State Grassroots Groups Show Healthy Growth
Strong grassroots leadership is supporting the creation of statewide Democratic Progressive Caucuses across the country! These caucuses are creating a place for progressive voices within the Democratic Party structure...a place where progressives can work to implement public policy that reflects human rights, economic equality and social and environmental justice. Utah, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Maine and Arizona are leading the way with strong statewide organizations. California, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Washington are close behind! Local progressive leaders are stepping up in other states across the country!
