Change Makes Change

As the concept of Clean Money is the solution to transforming the electoral process, it is also the solution to supporting the progressive movement. It is possible for PDA to become an example to all progressive organizations on the viability of Clean Money contributions, not just for campaigns but also for progressive organizing.

Let it begin with the PDA community. Let every member of PDA resolve to contribute a small amount of change each month so that we can create big changes politically from now on. Lets us end the hustle for funding from outside sources and become financially self-reliant.

There are only two ways PDA will be sustained financially:
1. Through large individual donations from a small group of donors with the financial means to do so, or
2. Through a large number of small contributions from EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF PDA.

If only 10% of the PDA membership joins ¢hange makes Change, PDA could sustain itself just through its membership.

Here's how it works.

You contribute a minimum of $5.00 per month to PDA
1000 members contributing at $5.00 per month = $60,000 a year for PDA
10,000 members contributing at $5.00 per month = $600,000 a year for PDA
With a membership of over 100,000, PDA should be able to sustain itself with a large number of small contributions.

It all adds up.
